I'm your go to realtor in this business.  What I have to offer my customers and clients are a listening ear for what they need and want.  A realtor like me that who's patient, trustworthy and reliable.

I got started in the real estate appraisal business in 1989. I wanted a career that would give me more flexibility so I could spend more time at home.

People that know me will say that I am a people person. My friends and family tell me that I'm innovative, articulate, giver, loving, caring, and loyal, encourager, nurturing, teacher and stable.

I was a certified real estate appraiser for over 15 years.  I am currently a Real Estate Broker.  I started appraising two years after completion of real estate coursework.  I take regular updates and continuing education in the field of real estate.  My current company (Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage) is committed to providing the support, services and tools I need to be successful.  Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR®),  Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource Certification (SFR).  As a member of REBAC and the Brunswick County Association of Realtors, they believe in offering to its agents a thorough and comprehensive educational curriculum.

Customer service to me is putting others before yourself and giving them the best you have to offer. This is a key element in the profession of real estate because customers matter.

My interest and hobbies include decorating my home, working in the yard, going to flea markets, and working with antiques. I enjoy teaching children in church school.
