Welcome Screen

Once logged into the TRIAD site, a Welcome screen with important notices will appear.

These notices change frequently to keep users up-to-date on changes within TEMPO and TRIAD.  Please take a moment to review them when logging onto the system.

 

Tempo Homepage

The TEMPO Homepage will appear after the Welcome Screen is closed.  The home page is made up of a series of icons, as well as a navigation bar.  These icons and navigation bar options are links to the various features of TEMPO, which are described in the following sections. 

System Navigation

 

The Main Menu contains the names and icons associated with the functions available in the Tempo MLS system. The functions currently available are:

 

Search: This function allows you to perform and create searches including archive and open house searches.

 

 

Reports: This function allows you access to Hot Sheets and Agent Reports along with your saved CMA history.

 

 

Prospects: This function allows you to create and view prospecting information including the Client Gateway defaults.

 

 

Tax:This function allows you to search and view tax information.

 

 

Financial: This function allows you to create miscellaneous financial worksheets.

 

 

Member Info: This function allows you to access the MLS member roster and other MLS information.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

My Tools: This button provides access to the My Page area along with miscellaneous permission based functions and reports.

 

 

Add/Edit: This function allows the user with designated permissions to Add/Edit listing data within TEMPO.

NOTE: If this icon is not visible, the user does not have listing maintenance permission.

 

Home Icon: Returns the user back to the TEMPO home page.

Envelope Icon: Allows the user to email technical support.

Question Mark Icon: Access to the on-line help manual.

Light Switch Icon: The log-off button.
